HM’s 20 Best Dressed Red Carpet Looks At the 2024 Oscars Awards

The red carpet at the Oscars on Sunday evening was full of glitz and glamour, with stars wearing dazzling sequins, sparkles, and metallic gowns. Lupita Nyong’o, Gabrielle Union, and Michelle Yeoh were among those who turned heads with their stunning outfits by Armani Privé, Carolina Herrera, and Balenciaga, respectively.

While many opted for classic black, white, or black-and-white looks, some chose to add a splash of color to the metallic trend. America Ferrera wore a pink chainmail dress by Atelier Versace, while Margot Robbie stood out in a shiny black Versace gown. Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande also coordinated their outfits with their roles in the movie “Wicked,” with Erivo in an emerald-green dress by Louis Vuitton and Grande in a pink custom Giambattista Valli gown.
